The position runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with an ASAP start. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with opportunities for growth within a craftsmanship-focused shop.

Qualifications

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Spray Painter to prepare, finish, and perfect cabinet surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience working with spray booths and various finishes to achieve flawless results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed.
• Operate spray painting equipment, including spray guns and booths, to apply finishes such as paints, stains, and lacquers.
• Mix and match colors to meet design specifications.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes while maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Inspect finished pieces for imperfections and touch up as necessary.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment.

Qualifications
