Closet Factory Jacksonville is seeking a Cabinet Shop Worker to join our on-site production team in Jacksonville, FL. You will measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinet components to precise specifications, while maintaining safe, organized shop conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and clients where needed.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and safe material handling in a shop/warehouse setting.
• Sales and training skills to support product understanding or process improvements.
• Background in food & beverage or similar fast-paced environments, demonstrating reliability and teamwork.
• Basic carpentry or woodworking skills, including safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read measurements, follow diagrams or shop drawings, and maintain attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety practices and proper lifting techniques.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and work in a production environment.
• Dependable work habits, punctuality, and willingness to learn new techniques and systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in manufacturing, cabinetry, or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble and finish cabinet components following design specs and quality guidelines.
• Load and unload materials, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe shop environment.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with packaging and staging completed orders for installation.
• May assist with basic equipment operation as needed.
