Job summary

CKF is hiring a Cabinet Service Technician to perform cabinet installation, carpentry, and repair work on homes and new construction sites. You will review plans, follow instructions, and help maintain a safe, efficient job site while delivering excellent customer service.

Required are cabinet installation experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and readiness to learn carpentry techniques. Must be able to lift and handle materials at job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience performing service work on homes or construction sites.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn carpentry methods and techniques.
• Ability to use and read a tape measure to 1/16 inch with accuracy.

Maintain and operate equipment in accordance with operating manuals and procedures, and maintain your assigned work area in a high state of cleanliness/readinessPerform other duties as assigned by managementWork EnvironmentWill work mainly in customer homes, new construction sites and commercial work sites with multiple floors. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job construction sites, which can include high noise levels, fumes from paint or stain, and unfinished walking areas.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
