Responsibilities

• Sand cabinet surfaces to achieve a smooth finish, preparing them for staining and painting.
• Inspect and assess wood surfaces for imperfections, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Operate sanding machines and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality control and safety.
• Assist in the selection of appropriate materials and sanding techniques.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Looking for someone who wants to be cross trained.
• All other duties as assigned.
