Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking dedicated remodelers or construction professionals to join our team for cabinet re-dooring, refacing, and kitchen remodeling projects in local homes. This hands-on role requires safe operation of power tools and a willingness to learn new techniques, with paid training and potential bonuses.

We offer opportunity for advancement, steady year-round work, and competitive compensation ranging from $19.00 to $29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Able to drill for hinges.
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts.
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets.
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
• Must be able to interact with customers on a professional & friendly level.
• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions given by project manager.
• Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently.
