Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Novi, MI is seeking a dedicated Cabinet Technician to work on kitchen remodeling projects. This hands-on role requires the ability to safely operate power and hand tools, with training provided for cabinet redooring, refacing, and remodeling tasks.

We offer paid training, advancement opportunities, and a bonus potential. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $35.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule and a family-owned, reputable team culture.

Qualifications

Must have carpentry/handyman experience.
Stellar work ethic and pride in workmanship.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Professional and friendly interaction with customers.
Willing to work in Oakland County (Novi to Lake Orion, Commerce Township to Milford).

Responsibilities

Reface cabinets (training provided).
Cut and install trim and hardware.
Install doors, drawer fronts, drawers, handles and organizers.
Assist in installing cabinets.
Paint cabinet boxes and frames.
Keep work area clean and protected daily.
Arrive on time and communicate with the project manager daily.
Work quickly yet maintain high quality.
