Job summary

Blue Valley Cabinets Inc. in Knightdale, NC is seeking a dependable Assembly Quality Control Associate to inspect cabinets for quality, appearance, and function before shipment. You will help ensure customer satisfaction by upholding product standards and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include inspections, verifying hardware, proper packaging, palletizing orders, maintaining a safe workspace, and promptly reporting issues to supervisors to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to identify defects and ensure cabinet quality.
• Experience with packaging, wrapping, or handling cabinetry preferred.
• Ability to lift/move cabinets and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Commitment to safety and following processes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on cabinets coming off the assembly line to ensure they meet standards and are free from defects.
• Verify hardware and components are properly installed and secured.
• Apply correct wrapping, packing, and boxing to protect cabinets during transport.
• Assist with safely lifting/moving cabinets from the line to pallet locations.
• Accurately palletize products according to order numbers for efficient fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around the assembly line.
• Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
