Responsibilities

• Coordinate custom cabinet projects from contract to installation.
• Prepare for and document client meetings on budget, scope, and design intent.
• Review drawings and confirm alignment with project specifications.
• Use Agility, Zoho, and Excel to manage schedules, estimates, and orders.
• Track submittals, change orders, RFIs, and ASIs.
• Communicate with accounting and clients about billing and changes.
• Support production coordination meetings and logistics.
