Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring full-time Production Associates in Jackson, GA to assemble cabinets and cabinet components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Roles emphasize teamwork, safety, and adaptability with cross-training opportunities. Training is provided, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, wellness programs, 401K, and PTO begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or production roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet production goals.
• Operate and handle tools safely in a fast-paced environment.
