Job summary

Bellmont Cabinets in Sumner, WA is seeking a reliable Collator for the Machining Finish Department. You will gather cabinet parts, verify completeness, and use our production app and RFID system to advance jobs through production while maintaining quality and safety.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, learns quickly, and works well with a team to support production goals in a fast-paced environment. Swing shift hours are 1:45pm–11:15pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to read production schedules and job cards.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather cabinet parts from different locations to complete jobs.
• Use the production app and RFID gate to move jobs forward.
• Organize parts with paperwork to ensure job completeness.
• Check barcodes and visually inspect parts before progression.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals with quality standards.
• Collaborate across the department to improve flow and quality.
• Share ideas to improve processes and take ownership.
