Opti Staffing Group is hiring a Cabinet Painter/Finisher for our Vancouver, WA production team. The role is mid-level to professional with a full-time, day-shift schedule, Monday–Friday.

Pay ranges $16.66–$25.00/hour DOE and requires attention to detail and quality assurance. You will prepare, paint, stain, and finish cabinet components, read production plans, inspect coverage, and maintain a clean work area while collaborating with the team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Cabinet finishing or cabinet shop experience preferred.
• Able to read and understand production plans and drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Russian and English bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sand, prep, and touch up cabinet surfaces as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Identify and correct defects before products are shipped.

What You Need to Have

• Previous cabinet finishing or cabinet shop experience is highly preferred.

• Ideally speak both Russian and English.
• Experience using spray equipment, stains, paints, and finishing products.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
