Job summary

Closets by Design Chicago North is seeking a motivated General Shop Assistant to join our Bartlett, IL facility. You will operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, maintain equipment, and ensure production standards are met as part of a fast-paced shop team.

The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, and detail-oriented with a teamwork mindset and good problem-solving skills. Prior woodworking experience is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training provided.
