Job summary

Closet Factory in Waukesha, WI is seeking installers who can design, install, and finalize custom closet, home office, garage, and other storage solutions. You will create complete projects from start to finish, with cross-training in shop and installation.

We value a good attitude, willingness to learn, and a focus on customer satisfaction as we grow our family-owned business. Vehicle and some tools provided; schedule is set to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience using basic hand tools.
• Knowledge of, or experience with, the 32 millimeter system.
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity in a new company, with a great franchise behind us. Are you a jack of all trades, willing to learn new things, and have a background in cabinet installation. Join us and have the opportunity to be listened to and heard as we grow. Initially these positions will be cross trained in the shop and for installations. A skill in one area and a willingness to learn the other would be a great fit. We are a family owned business with a core philosophy of taking care of our employees and customers.
