Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Specialty Cabinet Builder in Green Bay, WI to join our on-site production team. This hands-on role builds custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and specialty furniture for high-end residential projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of cabinet making or fine woodworking experience, expert joinery skills, and strong blueprint reading ability. A four-day workweek with overtime as needed, plus comprehensive benefits, awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in custom cabinet making, fine woodworking, or architectural millwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong math and measurement skills with attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of wood species, grain matching, and premium hardware.
• Expert-level experience with woodworking power tools and stationary machinery.
• Experience with radius work, veneer, and reading blueprints.
• Comfortable using a tablet to review drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Build high-end custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and specialty furniture from raw materials through final assembly.
• Create complex radius work, unique millwork, and custom profiles.
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints, shop drawings, renderings, and cut lists.
• Operate table saws, shapers, routers, CNC equipment, edge banders, and hand tools.
• Collaborate with draftsmen and installation teams to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
