Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Vernon Hills-IL is seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer with Refacing Experience to join our team offering kitchen remodeling services.

You will install cabinets, refacing and veneer, use hand and power tools, protect homeowners’ property, and ensure site cleanup. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in refacing cabinets and applying veneer and side panels.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools and carpentry equipment.
• Cabinet installation and demolition prep experience in kitchens.
• Experience installing decorative hardware, soft-close hinges and slides.
• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.

Kitchen Tune-Up Vernon Hills-IL is seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer with Refacing Experience to join our team offering kitchen remodeling services.

Job Description

• Responsible for install quality
• Responsible for picking up materials from warehouse prior to starting job
• Knowledge of cabinet construction and terminology including installing cabinets, moldings, etc in kitchens Safeguard the homeowners’ homes and contents, making sure no incidental damage is caused by your work
• Ensure job site is cleaned at the end of each day
• Complete final inspection of projects with client to confirm work has been completed and be responsible if call backs are needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required

Required Technical Skills

• Experience in refacing cabinets and applying veneer and side panels
• Experience with all hand tools, power hand tools and carpentry equipment.
• Job site demolition and prep Experience in kitchen cabinet installation.
• Experience in installing decorative hardware.
• Experience in installing and adjusting soft close hinges and slides.
• Experience installing decorative trim and crown.
