Job summary

Heartwood Renovations CT seeks a skilled finish carpenter to install cabinetry and trim to precise standards across residential remodels in the Greater Hartford area.

You will read blueprints, lay out installations, and adapt to field conditions while collaborating with designers and homeowners. Expect safe job sites, paid training, and pathways for advancement as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cabinet installation and finish carpentry experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and execute layouts independently.
• Strong finish carpentry skills, including detailed scribe work and custom fitting. Ability to fabricate or modify trim on site is preferred.

• Install custom cabinetry and finish carpentry to Heartwood's high standards of craftsmanship.
• Read blueprints, execute layouts, and adapt installations to field conditions.
• Complete detailed finish work, including crown molding, trim, fillers, scribe work, hardware, and custom cabinetry modifications.
• Collaborate with teammates, homeowners, and designers to deliver an outstanding remodeling experience.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites while protecting clients' homes.
