The Tailored Closet & Premier Garage of Orange County is seeking a Lead Cabinet Installer to join our team and help homeowners transform their spaces with custom closets, cabinetry, and garage systems. You will lead on-site installations, ensure high-quality results, and deliver a premium customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, finish work, or installation experience (custom cabinetry or remodeling experience is a big plus)
• Strong attention to detail — you care about getting it right the first time
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a hands‑on environment
• Reliable, professional, and takes ownership of their work
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
