What You’ll Do

You’ll perform professional cabinet installation in accordance with BRC specifications

Installing cabinets with precision, consistency, and pride.

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite

Communicating timelines, jobsite conditions, and any issues to the Installation Lead.

Uploading installation paperwork to Basecamp to document missing or sub‑standard items. Ensuring quality control and representing BRC with professionalism on every project.

What Makes You a Great Fit

2+ years of experience installing cabinets. (required).

Strong organization and multi‑tasking skills — you can juggle multiple tasks without losing accuracy.

Ability to read architectural/shop drawings and follow technical specifications.

General knowledge of cabinet construction, laminates, veneers, and melamine.

Valid Idaho driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift 5–40 lbs frequently and 41+ lbs occasionally

Basic computer skills (Basecamp, Google Calendar).

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time, hourly

Mon–Fri: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Saturday hours as needed

Pay Range

$27 to$33 an hour – based on experience and skill level.
