Qualifications

• Experience with cabinet installation and/or refacing preferred.
• 1+ year of carpentry or remodeling experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Summary

Art of Drawers is expanding, and we’re looking for skilled Cabinet Installers with experience in installation and refacing. This opportunity is ideal for carpenters, cabinet installers, handymen, and remodeling professionals who enjoy working independently and delivering high-quality craftsmanship in customers’ homes.

Compensation & Schedule

• 100% commission (typically $40–$80/hour once trained)
• Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time as we grow)
• No cap on earnings

What You’ll Do

• Measure cabinet openings for custom products
• Install pull-out drawers, pantry systems, and cabinet accessories
• Perform cabinet refacing (veneers, doors, drawer fronts, hardware)
• Inspect materials and ensure quality installations
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and professional job site

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with cabinet installation and/or refacing preferred
• Carpentry or remodeling experience (1+ year preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
