We finish all products in our factory, providing clients with beautifully finished options without the dust and smell of painting in their homes. This full-time role is based in our factory in Fenton, MO. As a family-owned franchise, we are committed to hiring talented individuals who can grow with us and become key team members.

We are seeking to strengthen our finishing department and elevate it to new heights. This role involves finishing wood materials and supporting our manufacturing workshop. Candidates should have at least 1 year of finishing experience, especially with spray guns. Familiarity with various veneers and solid woods is essential. The ideal candidate is meticulous, effective, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Compensation will depend on experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Interpret shop drawings accurately.
• Adhere to schedules and anticipate future needs.
• Experience with spray guns and pump systems is a plus.
• Experience in blending stains and colorants is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Sand and prepare materials prior to painting or staining.
• Use water-based paints and stains effectively.
• Maintain finishing and sanding machinery.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Complete tasks with urgency and efficiency.
