Cabinets Northwest is seeking a full-time Cabinet Designer who will work directly with clients on kitchen, bath, and cabinetry projects. You’ll translate client needs into layouts, proposals, and quotes, guide selections, and coordinate with production and installation teams to keep projects on track.
The role includes a sales component, lead follow-up, and building long-term client relationships within a well-established in-house cabinetry operation.
Cabinets Northwest is a full-service cabinetry company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Inland Northwest. We manage every phase of the process in-house, from design and manufacturing to staining, painting, and installation, which allows us to maintain consistent quality and control from start to finish. Our work spans kitchen renovations, new builds, and commercial projects, and we take pride in the craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail behind every piece we produce.
We're hiring a full-time Cabinet Designer to work directly with clients on kitchen, bath, and other cabinetry projects. In this role, you'll meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, then translate that into layouts, proposals, and quotes tailored to their space and budget. You'll guide clients through material, finish, and hardware selections, and coordinate closely with our production and installation teams to ensure each project stays on track. This position also carries a sales component, including following up on leads and building long-term client relationships.
We work exclusively with Cabinet Vision, so proficiency with this software is required. Experience with CNC production is also required, as we're looking for someone who understands how a design translates into a finished, machine-cut part, not just how it appears on screen.
