Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Cabinet Designer/Estimator to produce layouts, PDFs, material lists, and installation documents.

You will support designer/estimators, generate proposals, and manage cost estimates, RFIs, and change orders to ensure competitive bids and successful projects. You will leverage 20/20 Design to create drawings, interpret architectural specs, and contribute across cabinet sales, order management, and installation operations, while maintaining strong vendor and

Formación

• 5 years of cabinet design experience in the production homebuilding and commercial industry.
• Mastery level proficiency using 20/20 Design software.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review, interpret and analyze RFP/RFQ specifications and architectural drawings to determine scope of work and customer product requirements.
• Operate 20/20 Design software to create documents and drawings per ILG Design Standards.
• Assemble cost estimates, proposals, requests for information (RFIs), change orders and other documentation required for complete and accurate bids.
• Assist with order management and coordination and supervise designer/ estimators in multiple markets.
• Work with all areas of the cabinet sales, order management, customer care and installation operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain Builder Account’s Master Books, Bid Tracker and other systems maintenance such as SAP, Monday, etc.

SUMMARY

The Cabinet Designer/ Estimator is responsible for production of layouts, pdf drawings, material lists and other documents and files needed to support the company’s cabinet sales. Generates proposals, material lists, installation documents and provides technical and supervisory support for the designer/ estimators.

POSITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, interpret and analyze RFP/RFQ specifications and architectural drawings to determine scope of work and customer product requirements.
• Operate 20/20 Design software to create documents and drawings per ILG Design Standards.
• Assemble cost estimates, proposals, requests for information (RFIs), change orders and other documentation required for complete and accurate bids.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent digital, oral and written communications skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, dimensions, details and specifications.
• A thorough understanding of kitchen and bath design, as well as various cabinet company product lines.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel, along with the ability to quickly learn how to use new software and vendor’s portals and EDI systems.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems with missing information.
• Able to work quickly and accurately with great attention to detail.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Technical degree in drafting or related field preferred.
• 5 years of cabinet design experience in the production homebuilding and commercial industry.
• Mastery level proficiency using 20/20 Design software.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Pay range: $28-$31/hour plus benefits
