You will translate architectural plans into builder-compliant cabinet layouts using 20-20 Design software, ensuring accuracy and constructability. In this fast-paced production role, you’ll manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal teams, and mentor newer designers while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create cabinet designs from architectural blueprints and builder specs in 20-20 Design.
• Develop functional layouts that meet space constraints, installation standards, and product requirements.
• Interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.
• Solve practical design challenges with limited standardization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support downstream execution.
• Assist with training and mentoring new Cabinet Designer hires.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Cabinet Design Manager.

Your Mission:

As a Cabinet Designer, you will create accurate, builder‑compliant cabinet designs using 20‑20 Design software, ensuring layouts are functional, buildable, and aligned with architectural plans and specifications.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):

• Create cabinet designs using architectural blueprints and builder specifications in 20‑20 Technologies.
• Develop functional layouts that meet space constraints, installation standards, and product requirements.
• Interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule‑based instructions.
• Solve practical design challenges where limited standardization exists.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth downstream execution.
• Assist with training and mentoring future Cabinet Designer new hires as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Cabinet Design Manager.’
