Job summary

dakBUILT, a growing millwork and cabinetry company near Fargo, is hiring a Cabinet Builder to assemble and prep custom cabinetry and millwork for commercial and residential projects.

You will read plans, measure accurately, cut and fit components with hand and power tools, and prepare finished pieces for delivery and installation while keeping materials, tools, and work areas organized to meet strict deadlines. Training is provided to learn our cabinet-building processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on woodworking and cabinetry experience preferred.
• Able to read plans and project specifications.
• Reliable, organized and able to lift materials as needed.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and following instructions.
• Willing to learn dakBUILT cabinet-building processes.

dakBUILT is a growing custom millwork and cabinetry company located southwest of Fargo. We build high-quality custom pieces for businesses and take pride in the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork that go into every project.

Pay: $20–$23 per hour

We are looking for a Cabinet Builder to join our team and help build, assemble, and prepare custom cabinetry and millwork.

What You'll Do

• Build and assemble custom cabinets, millwork, and related components
• Work from plans, drawings, and project specifications
• Use woodworking tools and equipment to complete projects accurately
• Measure, fit, and assemble components with attention to detail
• Prepare finished pieces for delivery and installation
• Keep materials, tools, and work areas organized
• Work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Experience with woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, construction, or hands-on assembly is helpful
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Able to measure accurately and follow instructions
• Dependable, organized, and willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to lift and handle materials as needed

Training Provided

If you have hands-on experience and a willingness to learn, we're willing to train the right person on our specific cabinet-building and millwork processes.
