Job summary

Bellmont Cabinets in Sumner, WA is seeking an Assembly Technician for the 1300 Department. You will assemble cabinet components with precision tools, inspect parts for quality, and help maintain production flow in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have cabinetry or woodworking experience, but comprehensive training is provided. A high school diploma is preferred and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinetry or woodworking is preferred but training is provided.
• Ability to read production schedules and paperwork.
• Basic measurement skills and tape measure use.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds solo; team lift for heavier loads.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for cabinet assembly.
• Strong eye for detail, teamwork, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinet components using precision tools and equipment.
• Inspect parts for quality and address defects or rework needs.
• Meet daily/weekly production goals while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with team to support smooth production flow.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace for safety and efficiency.
• Suggest process improvements and take ownership of tasks.
• Support other departments to achieve production goals.
