Qualifications

• Experience in surface preparation, sanding, or woodworking is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Sand cabinet components and custom pieces to ensure proper surface quality for finishing.
• Prepare and modify components, including molding, floating shelves, oven hoods, and other pieces.
• Identify surface imperfections or sanding issues and determine corrections.
• Safely operate saws and cutting tools to support sanding operations.
• Move and stage components to support smooth transfer to the next production step.
• Meet daily/weekly production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to maintain production flow and finish quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and document quality concerns.
• Share ideas for process improvements and take ownership of outcomes.
