JSI Cabinetry in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking Cabinet Assemblers to build, assemble and finish cabinets according to SOPs. You will use various tools to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and timely project completion.

This role features a performance-based pay structure with weekly earnings tied to productivity. Rates range from $17.00 to $26.32 per hour, with most employees averaging $18–$21, while high performers can earn more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
• Certifications or training in carpentry or cabinet making are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures including using appropriate tools and hardware components to assemble cabinets.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain and clean tools, machinery, and work areas for a safe, organized workspace.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols when operating tools and machinery.
• Use PPE and promote a safe working environment.
