JSI Cabinetry in Fall River, MA is seeking Cabinet Assemblers to construct, assemble, and finish cabinets using standard procedures. This role is based on a performance-based pay structure with weekly earnings tied to productivity, offering an hourly rate in the $16.50–$27.30 range and a typical mid-range between $18–$21 per hour.

Overtime may apply, with regular Monday–Friday shifts. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and may benefit from carpentry training.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures using tools and hardware to assemble cabinets.

• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE as required.
