As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cabinet Assembler to join our expanding team.

Job Summary: The Cabinet Assembler will be responsible for constructing and assembling a variety of cabinets in accordance with detailed blueprints and specifications. This role requires a strong background in woodworking, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpretation & Planning:
    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine cabinet dimensions and materials required.
    • Review design specifications to plan the assembly process and select appropriate materials.
  • Assembly & Installation:
    • Assemble cabinet components using adhesives, screws, nails, and other fasteners to ensure precise alignment and structural integrity.
    • Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and drawer slides according to design requirements.
    • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
  • Quality Control:
    • Inspect finished cabinets for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments and repairs to meet company standards.
    • Maintain consistent craftsmanship to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Workplace Maintenance:
    • Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring proper storage and handling of tools and materials.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a cabinet assembler or in a related woodworking or carpentry role.
