Qualifications

• Proven experience installing kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, including fillers, trim, molding, and hardware.
• Strong finish carpentry skills and experience with kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
• Ability to read cabinet layouts, verify measurements, and troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and safe installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Install kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, fillers, trim, molding, and cabinet hardware with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform kitchen and bathroom remodeling work, including demolition, drywall repairs, finish carpentry, and related installation tasks.
• Read plans and layouts, verify measurements, and ensure cabinets are level, secure, and properly aligned.
• Adjust cabinet doors and drawers and complete finishing details for a polished result.
• Work with designers, project managers, and other trades to keep projects moving and resolve installation issues.
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and our team about progress and any concerns.
• Complete punch-list items and deliver quality workmanship that meets company standards and customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Install kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, fillers, trim, molding, and cabinet hardware with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform kitchen and bathroom remodeling work, including demolition, drywall repairs, finish carpentry, and related installation tasks.
• Read plans and layouts, verify measurements, and ensure cabinets are level, secure, and properly aligned.
• Adjust cabinet doors and drawers and complete finishing details for a polished result.
• Work with our designers, project managers, and other trades to keep projects moving and resolve installation issues.

Nice To Have

• Experience installing tile, backsplashes, and shower systems, including waterproofing.
• Skills in drywall finishing, painting, flooring installation, and minor framing.
• Experience with custom cabinet modifications, crown molding, and detailed trim work.
• Ability to handle multiple aspects of a kitchen or bathroom remodel from demolition through final punch list.
• Experience leading an installation crew or coordinating with other trades.
• Photos of completed projects and references from previous customers or employers.
• Ownership of professional installation tools.
