  • Train and onboard staff on procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to management.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of cabin service agents to ensure timely and thorough aircraft cleaning
  • Assign tasks and ensure cleaning standards and schedules meet airline guidelines
  • Monitor compliance with safety and sanitation protocols, including safe handling of cleaning supplies
  • Inspect cleaned cabins to ensure cleanliness standards are met and hazards are absent
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order materials as needed
  • Coordinate with ground operations and flight crew to ensure timely turnarounds
  • Train and onboard new staff, ensuring understanding of cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and report incidents or issues to management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or ground services
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a team and ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Adherence to safety, security, and operational protocols
  • A valid driver’s license may be required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and on different levels of aircraft
  • Comfort working in varied weather conditions, indoors and outdoors
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, stretching, and reaching
  • Ability to work in a high-noise environment with hearing protection
  • Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for safety
  • Preferred: prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: knowledge of aircraft cleaning protocols and safety standards
  • Preferred: strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Preferred: excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Preferred: familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety tools used in aircraft cleaning
  • Preferred: additional certifications in safety or ground services
