Job summary

Dnata in New York seeks a Cabin Cleaning Lead to supervise a team of cabin agents and ensure thorough aircraft cleaning in line with company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include prepping cleaning supplies, adhering to TSA/FAA rules, and maintaining safety and quality. You must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• FAA/airport identifications or authorizations required.
• Valid state driver’s license if required.
• High school diploma or GED must be held.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cabin agents.
• Ensure thorough aircraft cleaning following guidelines and specifications.
• Prepare cleaning supplies for arrivals following EPA and company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with TSA and FAA regulations and policies.
• Deliver on the company’s and customer’s standards and expectations.
• Must be physically able to perform essential functions including standing, lifting, bending, stooping, walking, crawling, pushing and pulling for extended periods.
• Push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds (32 kg) regularly.
• Ascend/descend jet-way stairs.
• Understand and react to verbal and visual commands, including safety warnings.
• Work outside in all weather and around jet/machinery noises.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment.

You Will

• Lead a team of cabin agents
• Ensure thorough aircraft cleaning following company training guidelines and specifications
• Ensure cleaning supplies readied for reach arrival, following EPA and company procedures
• Ensure compliance with TSA and FAA regulations and policies
• Consistently delivers on the company’s and the customer’s standards and expectations
• Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodations including but not limited to standing, lifting, bending, stooping, walking, crawling, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basis
• Ascend/descend jet-way stairs
• Ability to understand and react to verbal and visual commands and safety warnings, with and without assistance of sight or visual aids
• Work outside in all types of weather and around jet and machinery noises
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment

You Have

• Possess/maintain FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
• Possess/maintain a valid State Driver’s License if required
• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
