Job summary

Omni Air International is seeking an Aircraft Interior Specialist / Controller to manage cabin interior parts procurement and coordinate with Materials / TSE to identify, order, and track components needed for refresh projects across Omni aircraft. This role requires aviation experience with A&P certification and strong attention to detail.

The position involves planning interior maintenance, monitoring part statuses, and providing onsite support to ensure timely completion of interior upgrades

Qualifications

• Aviation experience preferred.
• A&P license or certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Identify aircraft cabin interior parts for purchase using maintenance manuals and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with Materials / TSE to identify parts for purchase and to research procurement options.
• Procure parts required to work items on deferral (DMIs, COIs, etc.).
• Provide planned completion dates and locations for each project; offer onsite support as needed.
• Assist Materials Department in tagging current Omni interior inventory.
• Coordinate repair and overhaul of cabin interior parts, seats, and monuments.
• Assist in planning cabin interior preventative maintenance and configuration changes.
• Monitor the Non-Essential Equipment and Furnishings Log and help procure parts for upkeep.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Maintenance Control.
