Job summary

PROLIM Corporation seeks a Cabin Rebrand Engineer to support aircraft interior transformations. This role focuses on engineering support for cabin upgrades, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations while enhancing passenger experience in line with new brand standards.

You will collaborate with maintenance, planning, engineering, and materials teams to implement interior modifications, repairs, and improvements across aircraft cabins, including seats and galleys.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of aviation or aircraft interior engineering experience.
  • Experience with airlines, OEMs, or MROs preferred.
  • Familiar with FAR and DOT cabin regulations.
  • Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and technical docs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support engineering programs, repairs, inspections, and modifications for aircraft cabin interiors.
  • Work with seats, lavatories, galleys, and other interior components.
  • Prepare and review engineering documentation such as ER/A, AA, AMDS Work Cards, CAD drawings.
  • Ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance of engineering documents.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Materials teams.

Cabin Rebrand Engineer

Location: Atlanta

Experience: 4 — 8 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a Cabin Rebrand Engineer to support aircraft interior transformation programs. This role is responsible for engineering support related to aircraft cabin interior upgrades, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations while improving the passenger cabin experience in line with new brand standards.

The engineer will collaborate closely with maintenance, planning, engineering, and materials teams to implement interior modifications, repairs, and improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support engineering programs, repairs, inspections, and modifications related to aircraft cabin interiors.
  • Work with cabin components including seats, lavatories, galleys, and other interior commodities.
  • Prepare and review engineering documentation such as:
  • Engineering Repair Authorizations (ER/A)
  • Action Authorizations (AA)
  • AMDS Work Cards
  • Engineering Drawings (CAD)
  • Ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance for engineering documents.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Materials teams for execution of modification programs.
  • Support aircraft maintenance teams during implementation of engineering work packages.
  • Maintain compliance with FAA, DOT, ICAO, FCC, OSHA regulations and company technical operations policies.
  • Participate in design development, project planning, and implementation for cabin rebrand initiatives.
Required / Preferred Qualifications
  • 4–8 years of experience in aviation engineering or aircraft interior engineering.
  • Experience working with commercial airlines, military aviation, OEMs, or MRO organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with FAR and DOT regulations related to cabin interiors, materials, finishes, and flammability requirements.
  • Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of STC and ODA certification processes is a plus.
  • Experience with aviation maintenance systems such as AMDS, Insight, OTIS, EARTH, SCEPTRE, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily office-based.
  • Occasional work on active flight lines, hangars, and MRO facilities may be required.
  • Must be comfortable working in aviation operational environments.
