Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred).
• 5 years of relevant experience in vehicle design or exterior structures.
• Experience with CAD design of structures and large assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Develop cabin floor components and assemblies to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal design/manufacturing teams and external suppliers to implement designs.
• Mentor and lead small teams; support manufacturing plants, validation, and safety practices.
