Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Cabana Server to take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle transactions with guests in a friendly, positive manner. You will interact with guests, relay orders to kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely service while maintaining a clean dining area.

The role requires basic math skills, prior POS experience, and a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and input into POS.
• Serve meals and drinks, delivering to tables and handling payments.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen and communicate dietary needs.
• Maintain clean and well-set tables and replenish utensils as needed.
• Provide attentive, friendly service and address guest questions.
