Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service aligned with Evermore core values: Easy on Purpose, Unexpected Delight, Service Savvy, and Insightful Innovations.
  • Assist guests with reservations for Evermore Bay Cabanas, experiences, and services; offer knowledgeable recommendations on resort and local area offerings.
  • Learn and utilize resort software to assist with reservations, programming, requests, and communication via our resort app.
  • Exhibit proper speaking and phone etiquette; communicate effectively, politely, and professionally with guests and colleagues, maintaining luxury service standards.
  • Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness during guest arrivals, stays, and departures in the pool/bay area.
  • Respond to and anticipate guest needs for their cabanas; find opportunities to surprise and delight them.
  • Complete daily inventory of materials for seamless guest experiences.
  • Set up and break down beach furniture and cabanas daily.
  • Monitor safety conditions in the bay; relay safety information regarding activities, closures, and general safety professionally.
  • Ensure accurate billing and compliance for credit card payments.
  • Perform inspection walk-throughs of pool deck and bay areas; report issues immediately.
  • Coordinate with resort departments for smooth operations and service delivery.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Education, Skills, And Experience
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or luxury operations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Lifeguard and/or First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Effective English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Calm, empathetic handling of guest requests; creative problem-solving skills.
  • Adherence to property and company policies.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods; participate in physical activities.
  • Swim in deep water and perform water rescues if needed.
  • Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
  • Tolerance for hot and humid Florida weather, especially outdoors.
  • Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
