Join Our Team as a Cab Field Technician - East Valley

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Cab Field Technician - East Valley. Join us to build your career and help homeowners design their dream spaces.

Summary

The primary responsibility of the Cabinet Field Service Technician is to provide excellent customer service regarding warranty repair or installation of products.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and stoop for 8+ hours. Minor lifting and carrying may be required.
Work Environment
  • Work performed at construction sites and office environments.
Skills & Qualifications
Level I
  • High School diploma or GED, or 3 years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance as required by law.
  • Experience in the Cabinet trade.
Level II
  • All Level I qualifications plus:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to repair and replace cabinetry.
  • Good verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills.
Level III
  • All Level II qualifications plus:
  • Over 5 years of experience.
  • Expertise in larger replacements and repairs involving multiple products and trades.
  • Mentoring and training abilities.
Essential Functions
Level I
  • Perform simple repairs and touch-ups following production installation.
  • Assist with minor installation tasks during production.
  • Handle logistical tasks related to installation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Level II
  • Includes all Level I functions, plus:
  • Handle builder and homeowner requests.
  • Manage claims process with vendors.
  • Inspect and diagnose product and installation issues.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with technicians and contractors.
Level III
  • Includes all Level II functions, plus:
  • Perform repairs and replacements of three or more materials.
