CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Controller with Construction Industry experience for our CAAS practice. You will manage designated financial functions, develop best practices, and deepen GAAP knowledge while partnering with clients and CLA teams.
The role requires a CPA or progress toward it, 7+ years of Controller experience, and strong QuickBooks/NetSuite skills. Hybrid work and collaboration across CLA families are emphasized.
CLA is looking to hire a Controller with Construction Industry experience, for our Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) practice, based out of Minneapolis, MN office location. Our CAAS Controllers act as and manage the designated function(s) for the client. They are also accountable for identifying and implementing best practices related to the service(s) provided to add value to the client, as well as develop full knowledge of GAAP (FASB/SFAS) and deep understanding of financial and operational aspects of their specific industry.
Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. CPA certification is preferred but not required.

$98,000.00 – $168,000.00
