Qualifications

• 3+ years California workers' compensation claims experience or equivalent.
• Licensed or certification as applicable to workers' compensation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required

Responsibilities

• Analyze Workers' Compensation claims to determine benefits due and adjudicate within service standards.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate activity to claimants and clients.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver accurate, timely claims resolutions.
