Position Overview

Jurisdictions : California

Licenses : California Designation required (SIP preferred)

Work Arrangement : Fully remote - must reside in CA.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Leverage your claims expertise to assess exposures, determine appropriate strategies, and resolve workers’ compensation claims effectively.
  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the claims process, ensuring clarity, empathy, and efficient resolution.
  • Deliver outstanding service to claimants and clients, representing their best interests with professionalism and compassion.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
  • Keep detailed, timely documentation to support claim decisions and ensure transparency.
What You Bring to the Table

Claims Background : Workers’ Compensation

Experience : Minimum 5 years in California jurisdiction

What You'll Do

As a vital member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will :

  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers’ compensation claims using sound judgment and critical thinking.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to provide innovative, client-centered solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage a dynamic workload, delivering results that align with client and claimant needs.
What We’re Looking For

Required :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant claims experience
  • Active licensing for all applicable jurisdictions
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software and claims systems
  • Strong understanding of claims handling standards and regulatory requirements

Preferred : Bachelor's Degree
