Title: CA – Unarmed Security Officer, Downtown Los Angeles (Full Time)
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $19/hr – $21/hr DOE
Schedule: Saturday-Sunday: 06:00-14:30 & Monday-Tuesday: 14:00-22:30
Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary:
We are hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer to secure a commercial office building in Downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is punctual, observant, and confident in maintaining a safe environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the building
• Conduct foot patrols of interior and perimeter areas
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports using our reporting system.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity professionally
• Provide clear communication with on-site staff and Treston Security supervisors
• Ensure all activity during shift is documented accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card (required)
• Baton Permit (preferred if applicable)
• Pepper Spray Certification (preferred if applicable)
• Prior security, customer service, or building operations experience preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and patrol multiple floors if necessary
• Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
