Job summary

Confidential is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our contracted provider network. This 1099 opportunity lets you focus on patient care while Rula handles credentialing, billing, and marketing, enabling flexible scheduling and good income potential.

The ideal candidate will hold an active California PMHNP license, ANCC certification, and DEA registration, with 1+ years of psychiatric practice and telehealth capability.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted California license with active DEA number.
• 1+ year PMHNP experience with mental health assessment and crisis management.
• Independent licensure or collaboration as required by state law.
• PMHNP certification through ANCC.
• State PMP registration for prescribing controls.
• No recent suspensions or debarments.
• Master's or doctoral degree in PMH nursing.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, psychiatric workups, and treatment planning including medication management.
• Treat patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
• Access and utilize EHR and telehealth platform.
• Receive support from credentialing, billing, and marketing teams.
• Allocate adequate time: 1 hour for initial consultations, 30-minute follow-ups.
• Operate as an independent contractor through Rula with flexible scheduling.
