Qualifications

• Active California Guard Card required.
• Physical guard card must be in your possession.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Arrest powers training/certificate required.
• Use of Force training/certificate required.
• Available to work 10:00 PM–6:30 AM.
• Available at least one weekend day.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the property.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas.
• Monitor entrances, exits, common areas, and property surroundings.
• Assist with access control and visitor procedures.
• Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and property personnel.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and property issues.
• Respond appropriately to resident concerns and security-related incidents.
• Utilize professional communication and de-escalation techniques.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Follow property post orders and Treston Security Services policies and procedures.
• Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining appropriate security standards.

Location: Culver City, CA
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hr DOE
Shift: Graveyard – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Weekend Availability: Must be available at least one weekend day
