• Serve as primary contact for patients and providers via telephone for scheduling and coordination.
• Verify insurance coverage and prior authorization requirements for dispensing and shipping.
• Perform prescription data entry and maintain patient records.
• Coordinate patient refill schedules and deliveries to support continuity of care.
• Maintain inventory and pharmacy operations within the management system.
