Responsibilities

• Prepares annual facility budget and monitors monthly performance.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and retains qualified staff; conducts performance appraisals.
• Maintains safe, clean, and appealing facility environment for residents and staff.
• Manages government survey processes and HIPAA compliance.
