Job summary

Salma Health, Inc. is hiring for a licensed psychotherapist to deliver individual and group outpatient therapy via telehealth. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute tailored treatment plans and maintain compliant clinical documentation.

The role involves participation in supervision and team meetings, adherence to care protocols, and effective crisis response. This position is remote nationwide in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current independent clinical licensure in CA (LCSW or LMFT).
• Experience in IOP/PHP or hospital/medical center settings is desirable.
• Proficiency with evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and remote clinical work.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings, utilizing empirically supported treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in strict compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate actively in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings.
• Adhere to structured therapy protocols and programmatic models of care to ensure clinical consistency and excellence.
• Respond effectively to clinical crises and strictly observe established risk-management procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work
• Current independent clinical licensure in the state of California (LCSW or LMFT)
• Prior clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical work.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing acute psychiatric presentations, including crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 - $100,000 annually (FT)
• We reserve the right to modify benefit offerings at any time, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
