Job summary

Salma Health, Inc. is seeking licensed mental health professionals to deliver remote individual and group psychotherapy across the U.S. in outpatient settings.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, develop tailored treatment plans, and ensure thorough clinical documentation. This role emphasizes evidence-based care, telehealth delivery, and ongoing supervision. Applicants must hold an MSW and CA licensure (LCSW or LMFT) with telehealth experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current independent clinical licensure (LCSW or LMFT) in CA.
• Experience in IOP/PHP or medical settings is desirable.
• Evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders.
• Proficient with remote clinical work via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings, utilizing empirically supported treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in strict compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate actively in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings.
• Adhere to structured therapy protocols and programmatic models of care to ensure clinical consistency and excellence.
• Respond effectively to clinical crises and strictly observe established risk-management procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work
• Current independent clinical licensure in the state of California (LCSW or LMFT)
• Prior clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical work.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing acute psychiatric presentations, including crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 - $100,000 annually (FT)
