Job summary

A leading rehabilitation services provider in California is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to administer occupational therapy services under the guidance of Registered Occupational Therapists. Qualifications

• Ability to bend, reach, or assist to transfer up to 50-100 lbs.
• Visual and hearing acuity to perform job-related functions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk 80% of an 8 hr. shift.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Contribute to the patient assessment process.
• Assist in developing treatment plans.
• Provide patient services as recommended by the OTR/L.
• Maintain accurate records on patient performance.
