Job summary

Hire Counsel is seeking three to four California-licensed attorneys to defend auto warranty matters on a contract basis. The role involves a high-volume trial slate with about 24 trials in August and 20+ in September, and the work may be performed remotely.

The ideal candidates have 3–5 years of CA state court litigation experience, familiarity with Lemon Law or the Song-Beverly Act, and strong writing, deadlines, and teamwork skills. Auto industry experience is preferred.

• Experience with California Lemon Law or the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
• Auto industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle auto warranty defense litigation on a contract basis.
• Represent the firm across multiple trials anticipated in August–September.
• Meet deadlines and coordinate with co-counsel and staff.
• Work remotely where feasible while maintaining client service standards.
